The Moto2 project did not work out as planned. Unfortunately, we feel that a CBR600 engine is not a suitable powerplant as a successor to the fabled 250cc 2 cylinder 2 stroke. Although we’d like to race Moto2, we’d rather build something more creative and interesting than yet another I4. The good news is that we will still go ahead and build our v4 brainchild and hope the powers that be eventually open the series up to true prototype machines. Once complete sometime in 2010 we’ll race wherever the hell we can but rest assured, we’ll race. |
