Vintage Motorcycle Fork Upgrade

The first product resulting from Cosentino Engineering’s race development program is a cartridge damping upgrade kit for Norton Commando Roadholder, post ‘73 Triumph T140 and T150 and Ceriani roadrace forks.

The Upgrade kit replaces the stock damping assembly and springs with a modern Showa unit incorporating adjustable compression and rebound damping circuits and a custom internal single rate spring with adjustable preload.  To comply with the rules of most US vintage racing organizations (AHRMA, WERA, USCRA) all adjustments are hidden from view, but easily accessed.  For the discerning classic street rider, there will be no evidence of the kit other than a new alloy fork cap.

3 different spring rates are available:

· 30 lb/in for normal street riding

· 40 lb/in for lightweight racebikes and 2 up streetbikes

· 45 lb/in for 600+cc racebikes

There are various fork cap designs available to compliment street, race, and show machines.  Please specify desired version when ordering.

Pricing is $875.00 per set and includes all components and Redline fork oil needed for complete retrofit.  Springs are choice of 30, 40, or 45 lb/in rates.

For users who wish to retain an external spring setup a version is available without springs and related mounting hardware for $805.00  Please note: this version does not provide spring preload adjustability.
